No hot water in two of the three rooms for the entire week. The outdated furniture doesn't do justice to the otherwise charming ambiance. Showering lacks washcloths or a floor mat, making it a slippery hazard. Noise from the main road disrupts sleep due to constant passing lorries. Moreover, the lack of an elevator is inconvenient, especially for higher floors.

Arriving after a long journey, check-in took forever and the staff couldn’t even manage basic English. To top it off, my room faced a noisy road, making sleep impossible. I woudlve appreciated an upgrade or at least a complimentary drink for the hassle. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t!

The staff went out of their way to be accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. The comfort of the bed exceeded my expectations, allowing for a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the large pool which was perfect for relaxation.
